Construction Industry Quality Assurance (CIQA) Ltd are providers of Quality Assurance and/or Environmental management to Construction Professionals. We will provide you with a cost efficient Group Scheme that will give you a customised Manual with a complete set of procedures, guidance notes, audit checklists and other related documents that can be introduced into your business with a minimum amount of work by your staff.

We understand that your primary concern is the day to day running of your business. Therefore our schemes are designed to enhance your business practice without creating a significant extra workload and becoming a millstone around your neck.

Below is a list of some of the services we offer: 

• Customised Quality Manual
• Complete set of Procedures with Guidance Notes
• Complete freedom to use your own forms and procedures which have already been set up
• Certification to BS EN ISO 9001:2000, 14001:2004 or integrated certification to BS EN ISO 9001:2000/14001:2004 by a UKAS accredited body
• Once certification has been achieved, an entry will be made onto the QA Register, (the United Kingdom Register of Quality Assessed Companies) and you will be able to include the ‘Crown & Tick’ logo on your headed paper.
• Technical support whenever required, including visits to your offices (at a small charge)
• Assessment and Surveillance visits from EQA (our assessing body)

Cost

Our pricing structure is based upon the size of your business. When you join the scheme there is an initial fee to pay which covers the cost of all the documentation, and the assessment visit from EQA. A quotation will also be given for a one day training visit to your office, should you so require.  The only additional fee is the annual membership fee. This fee covers any visits from EQA that may occur during the year, maintenance of the scheme documentation and reviews of your audits and management meetings. There are no hidden costs.
